• If you have reference photos of a brow style you prefer, please bring them with you.
• We offer personalized mapping and design tailored to your skin tone and facial structure.
• Avoid tweezing, waxing, or tinting your brows for at least 2 weeks prior to the procedure.
• Makeup and foundation will be removed before the procedure to assess your natural skin tone.
• Refrain from consuming alcohol or caffeine before the procedure to minimize bleeding and swelling.
Post-Procedure Care:
• Keep your brows clean and dry. Use a professional healing serum and avoid contact with water for the first 24 hours.
• Refrain from using makeup, skincare, or exfoliating products on the brows for at least 7 days.
• Avoid touching, rubbing, or picking at scabs to prevent pigment loss.
• Avoid swimming, saunas, intense exercise, and sun exposure for at least 7 days.
• Mild itching in the treated area is normal. The skin’s natural healing cycle takes about 28 days.
• Oily skin may cause the pigment to fade slightly over time, which is completely normal.
Preparation Guidelines:
• Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and avoid wearing contact lenses during the procedure.
• Stop using lash growth serums (e.g., Latisse®) or lash-enhancing products for at least 2 weeks prior.

• Clean your mouth before the procedure—use mouthwash or brush your teeth to prevent bacterial infection.
Post-Procedure Care:
• Regularly apply the provided healing ointment to keep your lips hydrated and prevent cracking.
• After eating, gently wipe your lips with saline solution and rinse your mouth to prevent bacterial infection during the first 7 days.
• If you experience any cold sores or blisters, contact your primary care physician promptly and use prescribed antiviral medications.
• Avoid spicy, salty, or acidic foods and alcohol.
• Do not pick or peel off scabs to avoid pigment loss.
• Refrain from swimming, saunas, intense exercise, or sun exposure for 10 days. Once healed, you can resume using normal lip products
Preparation Guidelines:
• Avoid eye makeup: Do not wear mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow before your appointment to ensure clean lashes for the technician.
• Remove contact lenses: It’s best to remove them before the procedure to avoid discomfort.
• Clean lashes: Gently clean your natural lashes to remove oils, dirt, or makeup residue.
• Be on time: Arriving on time allows you to receive the full service and ensures the extensions are applied properly.
Post-Procedure Care:
• Avoid water: Keep your lashes dry for the first 6-8 hours to allow the adhesive to fully bond.
• Don’t rub your eyes: Avoid rubbing or pulling at the extensions to prevent premature loss.
• Use oil-free products: Avoid oily makeup removers or skincare products, as they can break down the adhesive.
• Clean your lashes: Regularly clean your lashes with a special lash shampoo to remove excess oils and debris, ensuring cleanliness and extending the life of the lashes.
• Brush your lashes: Gently comb through your lashes with a spoolie brush to keep them neat and untangled.
• Lash growth cycle: Eyelashes go through a natural growth cycle, which affects the longevity of your extensions.
