Permanent makeup and eyelash extensions are time-intensive services. When you book an appointment, we reserve a dedicated block of time specifically for you. If you need to cancel for any reason, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to allow us the opportunity to offer that time to another client.
